Hungry! That sums up the past few weeks of my weight loss efforts. I know you are supposed to take in more calories while nursing, but the past few days I have felt pretty out of control! I need a plan to curb my hunger, and FAST!!
Here is what I plan to do: (If I write it here, it means i have to do it, right??)
-Buy fruit (and eat it)
-Always have a glass of water or other sugar free beverage with me
-Eat more slowly at meal time–Seems like I have been inhaling my food because I have been sooo hungry
– Have a few other healthy, go to snacks ready for when hunger hits
I did pretty well while on my trip. I was able to lose weight, and didn’t feel deprived at all. I am about 15 lbs from my goal. My plan goal is to be back at my goal weight by the time Eli is 6 months. If I can get this hunger under control, I should be able to make it!
