Christmas events CFF

Looking for fun, free (or mostly free) Christmas holiday activities for your family? Here is a list of activities guaranteed to bring your family the laughter and memories of which traditions are made!

CUT YOUR OWN CHRISTMAS TREE! Our family has been cutting our own trees at Minter”s Farm  for over 20 years. Rick, Joanne, Stephanie and Tammy love sharing about their family farm! Tree prices range from $7-$49!  (Our 9 foot Leyland Cyprus tree is always $40 or less, Virginia Pine are even less for that size!) They will also cut the tree for you, or let you choose from a selection of freshly cut trees.  In my experience, Minter”s trees are the BEST VALUE AROUND. There are FREE hayrides on weekends and they sell hot cider, gifts, and goodies in their Christmas shop. Minter”s is open starting on Thanksgiving day, through December, from 9 a.m. till dark!

As part of Coweta Fayette Familie”s #shopcowetafayette Promotion: MINTER”S FARM IS GIVING AWAY A HOMEGROWN CHRISTMAS TREE TO ONE OF OUR LUCKY READERS! You may choose to choose and cut it yourself, or select from their pre-cut, homegrown trees. (Trees not grown at Minter”s are excluded.) We will select a name from all entries received at 11:29pm on Thanksgiving (11/28).  Check your e-mail first thing Friday morning! Winners may pick up their tree up until December 20! Enter here!

We got our tree at Minter’s last year and loved it! I grew up with a real tree, and just can’t handle a fake one in my house! I love the smell 🙂
