Peppermint Cloud dessert
Vanilla wafers or Graham crackers crushed
(1-2 pkg of graham crackers, depending on how much you like on the bottom)
chopped walnuts (optional)
2 cups whipping cream
1-1/2 c crushed peppermint (I used 8 crushed candy canes)
4 cups marshmellows
Crush graham crackers or wafers, add walnuts if desired, and spread on bottom of a 9×13 inch pan (you’ll notice this is not a crust made with melted butter, they are loose crumbs, but you could make it a crust if you want)
Using electric hand mixer beat whipping cream until it resembles cool whip
Fold marshmellows and crushed peppermint into whipped cream. Spread cream mixture on top of cracker crumbs.
Chill for 4 hours.
